We are located in New Jersey and ship nationwide.

Most dresses are shipped within 48 hours via USPS Priority Mail and takes 3-4 days to get to the US buyers.

If your order will take longer to ship due to stock availability or special orders, you will be notified via email.

We do ship internationally. Please send us a message with your zip code and country along with the listing.

Shipping time varies for each item Please carefully review the processing time for each listing prior to your purchase. If you have any special requests please run it by us before buying the item and we will do everything to accommodate you and just in case we are unable to do so, we will let you know up front.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS : Please give yourself minimum of 30-35 days for delivery. And carefully review the processing times prior to placing your order.

Customs Charges, VAT and duty fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price or shipping charges of the item. These fees and taxes are levied on the citizens of your country therefore you are responsible for their payment. Please check with your country's Customs Office to see what fees may apply to your purchase. Requests to mark merchandise as gifts (instead of merchandise) on the custom slips is against United States federal law. All customs forms are filled out completely and honestly with the correct sales price shipping labels.

Refunds and Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our priority and we know that some times a return is necessary. 
You can return your purchase under certain circumstances :

a. We have made a mistake and sent you the wrong item
b. We have sent you the wrong size
c. We have sent you the wrong color

In the above mentioned circumstances, please send us the item un-worned, undamaged and unwashed item within 3 days of the delivery date. 

In the event we have made the mistake.. We will even reimburse you the shipping cost for sending the item back to us.

Returns

Please refer to refunds and exchanges. Additionally we do not have a blank return policy as not every item is qualified for a return. As a general rule the dresses up to $60.00 can be exchanged or returned. All the high end evening gowns are a final sale.

Please contact us prior to making your purchase to see if the dress you are purchasing qualifies for a return. (contact@frugalmughal.com)

If after we have confirmed that the dress can be exchanged or returned following conditions apply.

The item must be returned in 3 days of delivery.

Please DO NOT rip the plastic bag the dress comes in.

Please leave the tags intact.

Hair/Pet Hair, make up stains, stains, odors are unacceptable.

Buyer is responsible for shipping in case of the return or exchange. Shipping charges you paid when you first purchased the dress will not be refunded.

If the above conditions are not met, the refund will not be issued.

Additional Policies and FAQs

LAY-AWAY : Frugal Mughal Offers Layaway service to it's customers: Any item or items that total $100.00 or more may be purchased through layaway plan. To place an item(s) in lay-away, please contact me through the contact the seller button on the item's listing. I will then explain how to start the procedure..Layaway is not available for sale or discounted items.
You may keep the item(s) in lay-away up to ninety (90) days, with payments being made every two weeks or more often if you wish.. 
A non-refundable down payment of 20% is made when the item(s) is placed in layaway. 
The balance is invoiced through PayPal with the amount due and the date it is due. Once the item(s) are paid in full (including postage), the item(s) will be shipped within 7 days once the balance is paid in full. If more than one item is involved in the layaway, no items may be deleted from the Lay-Away. Additional items may not be added to an established Lay-Away.
All payments for layaway are NON-REFUNDABLE.

After two weeks of no customer contact and a missed payment, the layaway will be cancelled.
